This Xbox game is simply superb, providing the player, with a friend when played in Special Ops mode, with one thrill after another.
Following hard on the heels of its predecessor, it takes place in various diverse locations around the world engaging the player in ever-changing situations and scenarios, ranging from the grim and bleak of a city in the Middle East, to the rather more exotic but squalid slum areas of Rio de Janiero, to the tree-lined streets of middle-class America.

The player’s mission is to be part of a team of troops trying to save the world from a new and violent terrorist. It will take him from action that is cool, swift and slick, to that which is deeply disturbing, in which the player can himself engage in terrorist activity. Fortunately, for those for whom this is one level too far, there is an option to skip it, but there is no escaping the consequences even if this option has been taken.
Special Ops, made for playing in co-operation with another player, certainly adds a lot more drama to the game. The two players may operate in the same situation together, or one may be called upon to provide protective cover for the other. Throughout, there are chances to obtain new arms, equipment, and rewards, all of which have been substantially improved upon since earlier versions of Call of Duty and provide further options to the player.
The advent of multiplayer, with its brand new elements and graphics, such as emblem and title that can be earned throughout the game based on performance in the field of battle, provides for this latest chapter in the Call of Duty saga to be customised, making the whole experience individually unique for every player.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 will not fail to excite, engage, and entertain.
